Does the body lose protein during sex?

I just started working out (to get in shape and bulk up/get cut). A friend told me that men lose a lot of protein when we ejaculate so I should avoid sex while I'm working out. Couldn't find an answer on the web. Is this true?

wow wow wtf is this serious.This must be the stupidest myth i ever heard in my entire life.To answer your question i know its not true from personal experience.
